Pickup games are generally mellow and informal. Our pickup games attract a mix of players of all ages and skill levels. Feel free to drop by a game anytime and please bring a light and a dark shirt. Pickup games are not officially sanctioned by Buffalo Ultimate League.
Pickup in Amherst
Saturdays, 3-5 PM on the fields between Amherst Middle School and Amherst High School during Spring, Summer, and Fall months. If you’re unsure exactly where that is, get directions to 55 Kings Highway, Amherst.
Pickup in Delaware Park
Tuesday, 6-8 PM on the Rugby fields across from the Zoo*. Enter at the Jewett entrance and park in the zoo lot (if open) or past the fields on the side of the road. See map for directions.
*Please be aware that finding an open field in the park has been an issue thus far. Please monitor the Yahoo! Groups message board for the absolute latest changes.
Rochester Pickup
Also, for those of you willing to travel, there is pickup in Rochester. See the GRADA website for more information. If you’re looking to carpool out there, try posting on the Buffalo Ultimate Yahoo Group message board.
