Summer League wrapped up last week with championship and consolation matches, pizza, subs, cookies, and delicious beverages. The Red team took the championship in a game against the Blue team. See the full season standings.

Thanks to everyone who came out and played this summer, captains, and volunteers, and a special thanks to Joe Weber for coordinating the league.

Please remember to sign up again next summer and bring your friends!

Summer League has now begun and will occur Wednesdays at ECC North Campus in Williamsville through August 25. Games are scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM so please show up early to allow yourself time for stretching and throwing.

Here are the basics:

• Bring a white shirt AND dark shirt (team color) every week. You should also bring plenty of water. Cleats are recommended if you have them.
• Games are played to 15.
• Games will be played with 7 players on the field with a preferred male to female ratio of 5:2. Captains will work out any changes prior to the game.
• Summer League is about having fun. It is a great place to learn the game in a casual atmosphere and many players organize fun activities after games are finished.

• Your medical authorization if you are under 18
